What you will receive
30min + 30min call to establish patient history & diagnosis:
The first 30 minutes call will be to first establish patient medical history and the second 30 minutes call will be to offer possible diagnosis/ recommendations for medical procedures or recommendations for further diagnostic testing. There will be a 1-3 days gap between the first and the second call for our vets to spend some time researching each case to offer the best solutions. The calls are only meant for establishing patient history, identification of tests to perform and offering diagnosis or treatment.
This service does not include follow-up emails. We recommend you use the vet consultation follow-up service. Validity of this service ends after 30min + 30 min calls.
30 min follow-up call:
30 min call scheduled with the vet if you would like to follow-up on the prescription or diagnosis suggested by the vet. You may use this service in case there you require clarity on the medication prescribed or if you would to understand the holistic remedies offered by the vet. This service is also ideal for providing updates to the vet or if you require further guidance. Validity of this service ends after 30 min call.
This service does not include follow-up emails. We recommend you use the vet consultation follow-up service.
30 min call for second opinion:
This service is ideal for pet parents who already have a diagnosis and prescription. If you want to check if your dog requires all the prescribed medication or if you would like the vet to recommend milder alternatives to what has already been prescribed. This is also applicable to pet parents who would like to send scans or other reports and request for an opinion on surgical procedures or further tests. Validity of this service ends after 30 min call.
This service does not include follow-up emails. We recommend you use the vet consultation follow-up service.
Retainer:
4 x 30 min calls with unlimited email communication with the vet for 30 days.
This service can be used by pet parents who require continued support in terms of diagnosis, side effects with medication, chronic health conditions or support with holistic care.
The vet will modify medication, diagnosis & remedies based on client input.
This service cannot be paused unless an exception is made by the vet. Validity of the service ends after 30 days from the day of 1st call.
This service includes follow-up emails. We recommend you use the vet consultation follow-up service after the 30 day retainer is complete.
3 x 30 min calls for patient history with diagnosis & follow-up:
The first 30 minutes call will be to first establish patient medical history and the second 30 minutes call will be to offer possible diagnosis/ recommendations for medical procedures or recommendations for further diagnostic testing. The final 30 min call will be scheduled 20 days from the day of the second call for a follow-up.
There will be a 1-3 days gap between the first and the second call for our vets to spend some time researching each case to offer the best solutions. The calls are only meant for establishing patient history, identification of tests to perform and offering diagnosis or treatment, with a follow-up call. Validity of this service ends after 3 x 30 min calls.
This service does not include follow-up emails. We request you to use the follow-up service for vet consultation.
*All calls will be scheduled based on the availability of vets. Please note that if the vet requires more time to research the case before providing a prescription, there might be a 2-3 day delay in offering suggestions and a prescription.
7 day support:
1 x 30 min call with 7 days email support.
This service can be used by pet parents who require short term help from the vet in terms of diagnosis, holistic care, follow-up or second opinions. Validity of this service ends in 7 days from the day of the 1st call.
This service includes follow-up emails. Once the validity of the service has ended, we recommend you use the vet consultation follow-up service.
Our veterinary partner's approach
Our vets believe in a holistic approach and will not unnecessarily prescribe medication. The overall focus will be on improving the well-being of your dog rather than focusing on the symptoms.
Cancellation policy
If we have contacted you for more information and haven’t received a response 3 days from the date of the order being placed, the order will be cancelled automatically without prior notice. Cancellation charge of Rs.500/- will be applicable.
If the call has been scheduled and the vet has had to wait on the call for more than 10 minutes, the call will be considered cancelled, and a rescheduling fee of INR 500 will be applied.
If at any point you would like to cancel your order, prior to processing, Rs.500/- cancellation charge will be applicable.

I would appreciate if there is a way our doubts can be answered once even after the consultation is done because it’s not feasible to pay for getting one question answered and have to wait for the consultation date and timing all over again
