What we will require
- Complete medical history and reports if any.
- Information on the current health issues including the diets and other holistic options that are already being explored.
- If we require more information about your dog, we will be reaching out to you for more details.
- Constant monitoring from clients on a tracker (google document) that can be accessed by us. We might require daily updates depending on the severity of the case.
What you will receive
- Diet plan that might be modified based on how the dog is responding. Please note that there might be several or no updates to the diet during the course of one month. Each dog is different and we will only be recommending changes if there is no improvement.
- 2 x 30 minute calls based on the client’s choice – during the course of the 30 day period. If more calls are required, you can use our “Quick Consult” service.
- Unlimited support on email with the exception of weekends and holidays, unless in cases of emergency.
- Tracking and monitoring the tracker based on severity of the case for 30 days.
- If the client still requires support at the end of 30 days, the charges will be at INR 3000/- excluding 18% GST per month.
Our Diets
- The diets are meat based. We are not qualified to make vegetarian or vegan diets for dogs. We also do not encourage feeding dogs vegan or vegetarian diets.
- We work with different protein types and we recommend using variety.
- Our diets are completely natural and we do not recommend using synthetic vitamins and minerals. We will recommend the use of natural ingredients.
- Instructions on prep, storage and feeding will be provided in the FAQ sheet.
- We believe in balance through rotation. Our diets are easy to follow and uncomplicated.
