A 30 minute one on one call for pet parents looking for guidance on their dog’s nutrition, fresh food journey, current diet, or general wellness concerns.
This session is designed to help you understand the best next steps for your dog, answer your questions, and provide direction based on your dog’s individual needs.
Please note that this call does not include a personalized diet plan or complete meal formulation. If your dog requires a customized diet plan, our Personalized Diet Plan service would be recommended.

Discussion Call Service
This service is for new or existing clients who want to either discuss their dog’s health and other details OR want to discuss their existing diet plan.
What We Will Require
Once you place an order for the service, we will reach out to you with time slots for the call. Please check your spam folder to ensure that you don’t miss out on our email, if you are not on WhatsApp. Call slots will be based on Georgina’s availability, we will schedule the call within 1-3 working days. Weekends and holidays will be an exception during scheduling.
Calls must be completed within 6 days of placing the order. Please refer to the cancellation/rescheduling policy before placing your order.
Please ensure that you have all reports (if you wish to discuss a health condition) ready before you place an order with us. We need to have a clear diagnosis before we can help you.
What You Will Receive
A 30 minute call slot with Georgina to discuss an existing diet plan or inquiries about new diet plans/ dog’s health issues/ other concerns regarding a new diet plan.
Main call pointers will be added on the zoom call chat and emailed to you once the call is completed.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you once confirmed.
Cancellations will incur a ₹500 cancellation fee.
If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 30 minutes before your appointment. Rescheduling requests made after this time will incur a ₹500 rescheduling fee.
Due to scheduled appointments, we are unable to extend the waiting period beyond 10 minutes. If you do not join within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, the appointment will be considered missed and a ₹500 rescheduling fee will apply to book a new slot.
If we do not receive a response within 5 days of placing your order, the order will be cancelled and a ₹500 cancellation fee will apply.
