- ✓ This service is for questions related to the diet plan, recommendations, or guidance already provided.
- ✓ This is an email-only support service and does not include a Zoom call or a new diet plan.
- ✓ You may purchase this service as many times as required.
Turnaround & Support
- ✓ Turnaround time is 1–3 working days after receiving your queries.
- ✓ Each response requires us to review your dog’s existing diet plan, history, and previous recommendations before providing guidance.
- ✓ We are unavailable on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- ✓ Please allow the above turnaround time before sending a follow-up email.
Scope of Service
- ✓ If your dog is diagnosed with a new health condition after receiving the diet plan, the case may need to be reassessed and a fresh diet plan may be required.
- ✓ Existing plans cannot be modified through Follow-Up Support for new health concerns, diagnoses, or major changes in your dog’s condition.
- ✓ If you are unsure which service is suitable, please check with us before making your purchase.

I was introduced to the tasty home made dog food by Georgina. recently, we took their masala mix to give it a try. one of our dog s fussy about eating and she has been falling sick often. since last one week, I began adding this masala to cooking, now she stands outside kitchen because it smells so good. ,:)… plates are emptied within seconds and best part is their poop doesn’t stinck either. they are happier and active. thanks Georgina and Pavithra for shipping it to me. it’s a great addition!!!
