Freeze-Dried samples of Sardines and Anchovies fish mousse in 20gm packs + 5gm pack of oysters.

Each 20gm pack rehydrates to 80gm of fresh fish mousse and 5gm of oysters rehydrates to 31.25gm (approximately 5 pieces).

We recommend that you start with small quantities, not more than 10gm at a time. Rehydrate in hot water (1:4) before use or mix well in a raw meal. 

Once the pack is opened, store the rest in an airtight box or in the refrigerator.
