– The turnaround time is 1-3 working days on receipt of the queries related to the diet plan. We are off on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The vet might require some time to research and respond.
– You may purchase this service as many times as you require.
– If your dog is diagnosed with a new health issue, you may have to apply for a fresh consultation. We will not tweak the prescription based on a new health condition. Please check with us first before using this service in these cases.
– The questions have to be pertinent to the consultation.
*We request your patience upon purchase as we will try and respond to your queries at the earliest; however, due to the increasing amount of inquiries, we ask that you wait for 48 hours before writing to us again.
Cancellation policy
This service is non-refundable and the amount cannot be transferred to any other service.
