In early 2012, my dog, Stitchkoff, began having seizures. After confirming it was epilepsy — a condition far less understood back then than it is today — I dove headfirst into research. There were no clear answers, just fragmented advice scattered across forums and articles, but I wasn’t willing to give up. This struggle became the seed that would eventually grow into Georgina’s Kitchen.
