2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. If we do not have a product in stock, we will reach out to you via email/WhatsApp/Text message.

3. Shipping Charges
Most products come with free shipping. Any exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Any requests for express shipping will be chargeable.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on the location.
• Gut Microbiome Testing Kits: Kits are shipped within 1–2 business days and include free sample pickup within 5–7 days.

You will receive an order confirmation email/message with shipment details. Tracking information will be provided when available.
