Prepare a smooth paste with slippery elm powder and warm water (or goat milk/bone broth) and feed about 30 minutes before meals. This allows the mucilage to coat the esophagus and stomach, reducing irritation from stomach acid and soothing discomfort.
For Constipation
Mix with warm water or curd to form a gel and give 10 – 20 minutes before meals. The mucilage helps soften stools and promote smoother bowel movements while supporting gut comfort.
