- Turnaround time is 1–3 working days from the time we receive your questions. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If additional time is needed for research or review, we will keep you informed.
- You may purchase this service as often as required for follow-up questions related to the same consultation.
- If your dog has been diagnosed with a new health condition, a new consultation may be necessary. We are unable to revise or tweak existing prescriptions based on newly diagnosed issues. If you’re unsure, please check with us before purchasing.
- Your questions must be relevant to the original consultation.
We request your patience after purchase. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but due to a high volume of inquiries, please allow up to 48 hours before following up.
Cancellation policy
This service is non-refundable and the amount cannot be transferred to any other service.
